Mitch Bernardo has been a boater for 20 years. Having owned multiple power boats ranging from 19' to 42' Mitch has enjoyed both trailer boating and cruising. Currently he owns a 1998 32' Monterey Express Cruiser and of course an inflatable!

Educated at Cal State Fullerton he earned a Bachelor Degree in Psychology in 1980. In 2004 he completed his MBA at Pepperdine's Graziadio School of Business.

Mitch is married and has two children

He is a member of the Bahia Corinthian Yacht Club in Corona Del Mar and the Offshoure Cruising Club which has a facility in Lil' Geiger Cove on Catalina Island.

Mitch spent the last 25 years working in the office products industry,first with 3M and then with the Xerox Corporation. His passion has always been boating so in 2003 he started Sunset Inflatables. Sunset Inflatables has grown a lot in the last 6 years.It is now a Flagship Dealer for AB Inflatables making it one of the largest dealers in the U.S. Sunset Inflatables is a platinum dealer for Johnson/Evinrude outboards and is a full service Honda package deliver.

Sunset Inflatables is also the largest Walker Bay Genesis dealer in California and the newest Avon dealer.

In 2007 Sunset Inflatables became Sunset Inflatables and Marine with ad added emphasis on doing outboard re-powers and service.

Mitch wants his customers to know that he appreciates their business and will endeavor to provide a personal and satisfying experience when doing business with Sunset Inflatables and Marine.
